Breakfast
 
Cereals: Assortment of cold and hot cereals.
Fruit: Fruit cups with a seasonal selection of fruits; stewed prunes – stewed the old fashioned way; seasonal fresh fruit – bananas, apples, oranges, and strawberries.
Breads: Muffins, fruit breads, or pastries; buttered toast – white, wheat, sourdough, or rye; English muffin – served with preserves; toasted bagel – served with whipped butter or cream cheese.
Hot From the Grill: Farm fresh eggs – scrambled, soft boiled, or poached; two egg omelets: plain, cheese (American, cheddar, Swiss), Denver (diced ham, green pepper, and onion), garden vegetable (tomato, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper).
Pancakes & French Toast: Light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes – served with whipped butter and syrup; blueberry pancakes – our famous buttermilk batter with blueberry topping, served golden brown with whipped butter and syrup; Belgian waffles – light and golden, graced with strawberries and whipped topping; french toast – egg battered bread slices, grilled to a golden brown, sprinkled with powdered sugar, served with whipped butter and warm maple syrup.
Other Items: Hash brown potatoes, country ham, sausage links, and crisp bacon.
Beverages: Assorted chilled fruit juices; nonfat and low fat milk, hot cocoa, a variety of coffees, and tea.

Lunch
 
Monday: Garden salad, beef stroganoff noodles or fish, and cheesecake with fruit topping.
Tuesday: Garden salad, parmesan chicken or liver with onions, potatoes, and lemon meringue pie.
Wednesday: Garden salad, pork chops or lasagna, garlic bread, and upside down cake.
Thursday: Garden salad, Salisbury steak or chicken, baked potato, and peach pie with ice cream.
Friday: Garden salad, meatloaf or fish, mashed potatoes, and carrot cake.
Saturday: Garden salad, veal with noodles or roast pork with stuffing, and apple dumplings.
Sunday: Garden salad, vegetable soup, stuffed baked potato, and a brownie with ice cream.

Supper
 
Monday: Garden salad, chicken vegetable soup, pepperoni pizza, and fresh banana pudding.
Tuesday:  Garden salad, tortilla soup, taco salad, rocky road bar, and molasses cookies.
Wednesday: Garden salad, cheese soup, turkey pot pie, and an ice cream sundae.
Thursday: Garden salad, French onion soup, roast beef sandwich, creamy coleslaw, and cookies.
Friday: Garden salad, potato soup, crab cake sandwich, tomato salad, and cherry pie.
Saturday: Garden salad, cream of tomato soup, cheeseburger and fries, and ice cream.
Sunday: Garden salad, BBQ chicken or Italian quiche with country potatoes, and strawberry shortcake.
